Overall had comfortable stay for one night. The location was great and lovely, short walk to all the shops and Ferry to Torpoint and easily accessible. Explored a 72-foot restored Eddystone lighthouse, that is located within easy walking distance of the hotel.
The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

Brilliant and awesome location short walk to town centre in 5 minutes which is pedestrianised, I felt safe. I had quick lunch at Rhubarb & Mustard, located an easy walk to the hotel.

The attached restaurant offered delicious dishes, and the breakfast was super and very good. Very good service, although a few employees were unresponsive. The location was perfect, on the busiest crossroad of the city, convenient to go everywhere. Also, the place was within a close distance from The Barbican.
As for me, the area was really noisy.
